Exoline Aqua Stop B+ Small plaster is ideal for waterproofing and protecting moisture-exposed surfaces in both old and new buildings, including underground garages, basements, tunnels, plinths, technical rooms, and other water-affected structures.
With excellent vapor barrier capability, it provides a sealed yet breathable layer. It effectively prevents rising damp, seepage from groundwater, and moisture ingress due to structural weaknesses or inadequate insulation.
Suitable for both positive and negative side waterproofing, it can be applied above and below the waterproofing layer, on both interior and exterior surfaces. Its hydrophobic properties reduce surface water absorption and block capillary moisture migration.
Ideal for protecting building structures such as basement walls, foundation slabs, elevator shafts, and retaining walls from groundwater, seepage water, and utility water. It can be used for plastering concrete, brick, natural stone, adobe, and mixed masonry with a minimum thickness of 2.5 cm.
Also applicable for waterproofing swimming pools, recessed water tanks, garages, and wet areas like bathrooms and showers. Its vapor-sealing effect helps preserve structural integrity and energy efficiency, making it suitable for both residential and industrial environments exposed to high humidity or water pressure.
Mixing Instructions I.: Dry Mixing - Mix 25 kg cement with 4 x 450 ml Exoline® Aqua Stop B+ Small until homogeneous. (Use 42.5/II cement in winter, 32.5/II in summer.) Add Sand - Blend 1 part cement mix with 3-4 parts clean sand for 3-6 minutes. (Recommended: 0.5 mm sand.) Wet Mixing - Add 5-6 L water and mix for 3-6 minutes until smooth.
Mixing Instructions II.: Additive - 450 ml Exoline® Aqua Stop B+ Snall treats one 25 kg plaster bags. Dry Mixing - Mix all components for 3-6 minutes. Wet Mixing - Add 5-6 L water and mix for 3-6 minutes until smooth.
Mixing: Use a low-speed concrete mixer with a 35°-tilted drum.
Surface Preparation: Remove loose materials, salt deposits, weak coatings, and deepen joints. Clean surfaces at least 30 cm above the area affected by moisture.
Application: Layering - Apply in at least two layers - a sprayed bonding layer followed by a rougher coat. Plaster Application - Apply the second layer once the first has hardened. Finishing - Smooth with a wooden float; min. 2 cm thick.
Application Temperature: Recommended temperature: +5°C to +25°C. Above 25°C, mist the plaster every 2-3 hours for several days.
