Exoline® Aqua Stop C+
Waterproof and frost-resistant concrete additive
It provides effective moisture protection while improving concrete condition, durability, thermal insulation and enhanced frost resistance. This hydraulically bonded, highly water-repellent (hydrophobic), yet breathable additive is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, ensuring long-lasting performance.

Exoline Aqua Stop C+ is ideal for creating and maintaining watertight and frost-resistant concrete surfaces in both old and new buildings, including basements, subfloors, sidewalks, lightweight ceilings, balconies, wet rooms, flat roofs, green roofs, underground garages, and tunnels.
With excellent water resistance, it provides durable protection for general concrete structures such as installation concretes, underfloor heating subfloors, concrete blocks, retaining walls, foundations, slabs, beams, columns, stairs, and weather-exposed surfaces.
It effectively restores aged, deteriorated, cracked, or material-deficient concrete surfaces such as sidewalks, garage floors, and stairs. It can be applied from 5 mm thickness, but for optimal water resistance, at least 2 cm is recommended. For industrial applications with heavy loads like forklifts or trucks, a self-supporting surface requires reinforcement and a minimum thickness of 15 cm. For new concrete surfaces, applying only the topwear layer is sufficient.
Also suitable as a substrate under floor leveling compounds to reduce material thickness. When mixed with 0.5 mm graded sand, Exoline Aqua Stop C+ can be applied from 0.5 mm thickness.This makes the solution ideal for both residential and industrial applications where moisture control and energy efficiency are critical.
Mixing Instructions I.: Dry Mixing - Mix 25 kg cement with 1.6 kg Exoline® Aqua Stop C+ until homogeneous. (Use 42.5/II cement in winter, 32.5/II in summer.) Add Sand - Blend 1 part cement mix with 3-4 parts clean sand for 3-6 minutes. (Recommended: 0.5 mm sand.) Wet Mixing - Add 5-6 L water and mix for 3-6 minutes until smooth.
Mixing Instructions II.: Additive - 1.6 kg Exoline® Aqua Stop C+ treats six 25 kg concrete bags. Dry Mixing - Mix all components for 3-6 minutes. Wet Mixing - Add 5-6 L water and mix for 3-6 minutes until smooth.
Mixing: Use a low-speed concrete mixer with a 35°-tilted drum.
Surface Preparation: Remove loose materials, salt deposits, weak coatings, and deepen joints. Clean surfaces at least 30 cm above the area affected by moisture.
Application: Layering - Apply in at least two layers - a sprayed bonding layer followed by a rougher coat. Concrete Application - Apply the second layer once the first has hardened. Finishing - Smooth with a wooden float; min. 2 cm thick.
Application Temperature: Recommended temperature: +5°C to +25°C. Above 25°C, mist the concrete every 2-3 hours for several days.
