Exoline® Oil Stop is a concentrated oil-adsorbing powder developed for large-scale industrial and environmental applications, including oil drilling, storage, refining, transportation, and emergency response in both onshore and offshore environments.
With its highly hydrophobic and oleophilic composition, it effectively adsorbs crude oil, diesel, gasoline, kerosene, motor and hydraulic oils, cooking oils, and various organic solvents or mixtures, from both solid surfaces and water bodies.
Typical applications include drilling operations, mud treatment, refineries, fuel stations, tank cleaning, ballast water treatment, and neutralizing oil spills in ports and harbors. It is suitable for vessel-based oil spills, and disaster recovery during tanker or offshore platform incidents.
Highly effective in groundwater purification in mining areas, especially in methane intrusion scenarios, where flammable oily water poses a risk. Also ideal for factories, car washes, industrial floors, and docks, where frequent oil leaks or spills occur.
Its alkaline pH enables neutralization of acidic surface waters.
These features make Exoline® Oil Stop a powerful, versatile solution for oil spill control, environmental protection, and industrial risk mitigation, where safety, efficiency, and fast response are critical.
Usage: After removing the protective cover, spray the product directly onto the oil-contaminated surface from a height of approximately 50–60 cm. After application, allow the material to act for at least 10 minutes to fully bind the oil. Once the oil has been absorbed, the used material can be easily swept up and disposed of. For best results, avoid disturbing the treated surface during the reaction time. The product is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, and remains effective on a wide range of surfaces.
Dosage: Approximately 1kg of active ingredient is needed to bind 1l of oil.
Incompatibility: The product must not be used in contact with strong oxidizing agents, such as organic peroxides, 30% hydrogen peroxide, concentrated sulfuric acid, perchloric acid, or nitric acid. Direct contact with these substances may result in hazardous chemical reactions or reduced performance of the product.

Physical, safety, toxicological, and ecological information required for safe handling can be found in the product’s Safety Data Sheet (SDS), which is available upon request or downloadable from official sources. Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves and eye protection is recommended during application to avoid direct contact with the product.
